I LOVE Marin Door To Door! I've been using them for years and have rarely had any issues with them. Once they were supposed to pick me up at the airport but there was a problem with the van that was supposed to pick me up so they had to send another driver for me. I had to wait about 45 minutes but since it was the first problem I'd ever had with them I decided to be patient. Both people I talked to on the phone were very courteous and apologetic which was refreshing. Most companies just don't seem to care who they inconvenience so I was pleased and surprised Marin Door To Door was so personable. Overall, they've been great to me unlike another company I was forced to try when Marin Door To Door was booked up.
Pros: Convenient and cheap, especially for Marin
Cons: Ocassionally a little bit of a wait
