My family is currently a customer of Arthur Mutual for internet, phone a television service, all of which come over a phone line. It sounded like a bad idea to me, but it was our only choice where we live. The installation including modem, converter boxes and a cable ran to the house cost in excess of $900 after all of the meaningless visits the two morons made to our house. For the first three months, every time it rained, our service went out. After fixing that we constantly cannot watch television or use the internet because of poor signal strength. Several times we have called Arthur Mutual asking for assistance only to find out our signal was turned down(perhaps to save money on their end). Pros: Availible in my area. Cons: everything about their services. more
