This is a place that will lure you in here, making you think that this is the best place to come home to in the Duncan area. They are not kid friendly. They will not let children play on the playgrounds with footballs and toys of the such nature and they call the security officer on CHILDREN when they, the mgmet, does not want to deal with the issues. They come up with rules and they enforce some of them and some of them they don't.
Cons: not kid friendly---not allowing kids a place to play--they need fenced in areas for ball playing sports, Should be a gated community
