The website appears robust, the sample kit they send presents enough of an air of competency that I made the mistake of choosing JakPrints for a simple online BC order. When they triple charged me for shipping, missed their self-announced deadlines and then were questioned as to how this happens, they blamed the other guy. ""Oh, UPS did that, we're right."" So while they sit there absolutely right in Cleveland, this designer in California won't be bothering them with a pesky second request when they couldn't get the first one right. Beware.
Cons: Poor fulfillment, even less accountabiliy; you're on your own here.
