LMCU do not recognize the relationship you've kept with them. I like many in Michigan, with our sinking economy have gone through job losses. During this period I had to put my credit cards into a debt solution program, however, I kept my LMCU out of it and made my monthly required payments to them. Well apparently they review your credit every year, and because my credit report is porr due to the debt solution program I chose, LMCU decided to close my one and only good standing credit card. Here I thought my relationship with them would be good enough, but NO, they really don't care about their members.
Cons: They don't care about their members like a small credit union does
