I put a deposit down on a limo 90 days in advance. The event we were attending was canceled and we canceled the limo 60 days in advance and were told we could use our $200 deposit in the future as long as we had our receipt. We recently called and were told the deposit was no longer valid. I guess I would be less upset if they had not told me that it could be used in the future and they had not set that expectation. but in the end $200 is $200 and 60 days notice is more than sufficient notice for a cancellation. I quite frankly think it is STEALING that they will not honor this. I think it is poor business practice and I would not do business with them again.
