Excellent modern moroccan menu. The Chef has a nice touch on his revised spring menu. We tried all the messe, which has many standouts. The assorted baby beets with the organic greens is outstanding and the grilled lamb sliders with tomato date jam melts in your mouth. My wife and I wanted to test his range so we ordered 1 lamb tagine, ( the lambs was braised fork tender and the sauce thad the perfect amount of acid) 1 shellfish couscous, (the biggest prawn I have ever seen and the black couscous was also a nice touch) 1 rare hanger steak ( also prepared exquisitely). The orange flower creme brulee finished of a perfect meal. I will be back.
