I was referred to this restaurant as the place for dining in Salt Lake. Web-site has nice photos - but it is eye-popping in person. Log cabin atmosphere with waterfall views. The food is spectacular - not over complicated, stuffy - but approachable, solid and cutting-edge cuisine. I visited with several friends and we passed our dishes around with elation at the different flavors and styles. We will be back whenever we are in town! The server was knowledgeable and professional. Variety of wines represented on their wine list. I loved that its ambiance was comfortable and we did not have to be formally dressed. There were several in our party and the timing of our three courses was perfect. One person has special dietary needs and was accommodated beautifully by the chef. I recommend the fried calamari, bison and the creme brulee. It truly is a must for Utah - unbelievable views, outstanding menu, and top-notch service.
