I love vietnamese food and there is definitely a shortage of it in Chicago, much less Lincoln Park. I was so excited when the restaurant opened, and since then, I go to Simply It at least once every couple of weeks. I love the pho and the summer rolls. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I have been there so many times - some times by myself and with different sizes of groups (the largest was with a group of 10) and the service has been exceptional regardless of how many people are at the table. I always recommend this place to people that are looking for good food in the city. You won't be disappointed!
