Although the establishment has a great atmosphere the service and sushi quality fall short. My wife and I have been to several Sushi establishments across town and have generally been satisfied by the food and service provided. At Sushi Tachi you have the option of a la carte or all you can eat sushi for one hour. I decided to get the all you can eat for 25.95. The all you can eat menu and the a la carte menu are the same yet the quality of sushi that is given is very different. For example, the Rainbow roll given to the table behind us was beautiful and very well put together (they were paying for each roll separately). Our Rainbow roll on the other hand looked like a blind 2 year old white kid put it together and forgot to put half the ingredients on the roll (we got all you can eat). I understand they are going to cut down on quality for the all you can eat people but at least make it somewhat comparable! If that was not bad enough, our waitress started to ignore us after about 20 minutes into service. We are sitting there while all this rice is expanding in our stomachs, trying to get another order in and our waitress suddenly has hearing loss and ""cant hear"" when I am trying to get her attention. It didn?t help that she also refused to make eye contact. Then when we finally do get her attention after practically throwing a handfull of wasabi in her face, she seems all put out that we wanted more. I'm sitting there thinking to myself ""I have 40 minutes to go and you are already giving me a hard time about ordering more?!"" I personally think our waitress was one of the owners and thought we had eaten our moneys worth within the first 20 minutes, therefore thinking she could just ignore us. Bottom line is do not get the all you can eat package unless you feel like an evening of lousy sushi and even lousier service.
Pros: Good parking, Nice decorations
Cons: Horrible service, lousy sushi
