After searching for over a year for a suitable apartment for my mother and me, we had just about given up! We wanted something attractive, bright, lots of windows, clean, beautiful grounds, large rooms, and ""dog friendly"". All of the other apartment complexes were dark, dreary, small and depressing just to look through. We couldn't picture ourselves living every day in ""dungeon-like"" surroundings. And we didn't want to spend a small fortune on rent either. We were also looking for a West County location, since that's where we've lived for 30+ years.
Pros: The grounds, spacious apartments, garages/carports available, lakes, staff
Cons: Water drains from homes above one side of complex into the parking lot. But, it will be fixed.
