To be honest, I was extremely skeptical about this place--it looks like the proprietors have been writing most of the reviews. But with gas at $4 a gallon, and my favorite brazilian place 20 miles away, the trip was becoming a costly and time-consuming journey. The hot bar foods were excellent, and the meats were pretty good. The wine was not outrageously priced like most restaurants (although it was warm)--a normally $10 bottle cost about $21. The all you can eat meat+hot bar+salad bar was $28 per person which seems expensive, but seems to be a typical price at a churrasco. I wish they would offer meat entrees for a reasonable price, because I'm not always in the mood to try and eat 10 pounds worth of food.
Pros: lots of meat
Cons: one choice: buffet
