When we call there office someone answers the phone. If we leave a message the call is returned in a few minutes. They find the best rates for us and have formed a great relationship with us and our employees. One thing they do that we have never had before is send someone out to go over the benefit choices with our new hires and take care of the paperwork. This is rare.
