Not all groomers are the same! I took my dog the The Dog Shoppe several times to see Valerie, and she did a great job. On time, she wasn't available, so I scheduled with another groomer who was horrible. She said my dog was a very bad boy, over and over again. We made sure from then on that we were specific Valerie was working at another shop for a while (we followed faithfully), but is back at the The Dog Shoppe.
