I have been to Dr. Scumpia's office twice now. The first time, I saw the other doctor there, who is very nice but not very informed on my condition. She ordered several tests and said she'd make sure to note that I had to see Dr. Scumpia on my next visit, when they'd go over all the results of the tests with me. I would go back to that doctor when she gets more experience, but not to Dr. Scumpia.
Pros: the other doctor there is nice, comfortable waiting room, good lab staff on site
Cons: tense office staff, impersonal doctor, the other ""nice"" doctor is not very experienced yet
