I like Dr. Nelsons demeanor, but I will never return. I've dealt with them for the last few years and have never been greeted with a smile or felt like my business is wanted or appreciated. The gentleman that works there and one of the older ladies is cordial, but there are too many other competent Dr.s in Portland to put up with being treated so poorly.
