I brought my MacBook in for repairs after a former friend had broken several parts by knocking it off of a table. I was told that they would call with an estimate within a few days. After a week I called and was told that they had ordered parts and everything would be covered by Apple. A week after that I called again to find out when it would be done and was told that they were only replacing the cover and it would be done in about three days. If I wanted anything else fixed it would be $90 an hour plus parts, and it would be about 4 hours of work. They had no idea what the cost of parts would be and weren't sure how long it would take to get them. I should have just sent it to Apple. Nothing that I wanted to have fixed was done and I was without my computer for two weeks for no reason. They hadn't even started work on day 14. Ridiculous.
Pros: Plenty of parking, probably because no one goes there
Cons: Did not do anything that I asked or they said they would do
