I had an incident where I was told that I could use a coupon and returned to my car after payment while I waited for a girlfriend to pay. The owner called me on my cell phone and had me return back to the shop from the parking lot because she said that the use of the coupon wasn't valid. I did not end up paying any more on the bill but will never return to the shop due to the rude and unjustified treatment. I had spent alot of money in that business for teenage facials and gift certificates, etc. I will not return. Buyer beware....
