I received a gift certificate to Roehm's Spa and used it for a pedicure and manicure. Not only was the lady at the front desk rude, the place was not clean. I went to get a cup of coffee and there was dust on the glasses. The pedicure stations are old chairs with a bucket of water. My manicure was so bad that I bought the nail polish and redid my nails myself when I got home. I've only had nail services done there, but I would not go back for the same services. Overall, disappointing and a waste of time.
