These cleaners showed up looking for a hose to use my water with ... this was an unoccupied condo, so I didn't have water supply coming through. They were overpriced and the carpets smelled for weeks!
Pros: They were quick to respond and clean ... ehem ... attempt to clean ... my carpets.
Cons: Try using a cleaner instead of musty smelling water.
