The latest of many Biggs irritations:
July, 2008: Took it to an indepedent for service due to total lack of faith in Biggs. They discovered a head gasket leak. Called Biggs to get it fixed under warranty. They refused. Cost me $700 out-of-pocket to fix a head gasket installed by Biggs just 7,000 miles earlier with the 11" kit. They finally had a chance with five days to fix it and get me on the road. Independent shop did it in three days. Biggs choice to replace the battery to fix a siezure problem last July (not replace the bearings) ended with a blown engine before I could complete my trip.
August 2008: 500 miles from home it lost all oil pressure and the bearings went. Another $1,000 to get it home. Monday after I got home, I got a letter from Harley with a recall for the 110" engine. Notably head gaskets were at the top of the list of problems. Biggs had to know this, yet they still refused to take care of me. I can't warn you enough about this dealer. They are going out of business (one store closed in Oceanside) and they will not back their work or their bikes. They are dishonest.
Pros: Lots of parking space
Cons: Absolutely NO customer service ethic
