I have taken my dog there several times, and after comparing costs to other vets--I realized I have been overcharged for routine visits. When I asked if there was anything I could do about my dog's dry skin, they told me that it is just the climate. I later found out that putting her on vitamins can help!! Whenever I asked a question, they gave me a vague answer.
