I showed up not knowing what was wrong with my Jeep. It was shaking when I was braking and I was recommended by a friend of mine to take it down to Meineke Car Care Center in Boulder, CO. Greeted by the owner and manager, Chuck, he welcomed me with a friendly hello and got my car in as soon as he could. He exlpained they do FREE inspections and he'd give me a quote as soon as they knew. Sure enough, within a short 30 minutes, he had my quote. Meineke has a lifetime gurantee on their brakepads and their quote ""Right Service, Right Price"" was definitely being represented. Chuck offered me a ride if I needed to go somewhere or be somewhere while my car was being worked on. I declined, but that customer service right there was extremely generous. When it came time to pay, my bill was the same as my quote and I left a happy person, with a Jeep that no longer shakes (Thank God!) and an experience to remember. I definitely recommend Boulder's Meineke Car Care Center to anyone! :)
