Wow, I am shocked that the other reviewers had such positive things to say about this company! They've been nothing but rude and money-hungry over the past two years that I've unfortunately been using their propane services. I built a new home in northern Lancaster county and was coerced into having my propane tank serviced by them. I recently requested a delivery separate from their "normal" delivery route and was told that I'd need to pay a $150-$175 special delivery fee. Aghast, I reminded them that I am the customer purchasing a product from them. They would not waive this exorbitant fee. Further, their disorganized office staff has let several simple requests of ours fall through the cracks on numerous occasions. My husband and I are finding a new provider now.
