I've had the absolute worst possible experience purchasing a car from Santa Monica Acura. Everyone at this dealership gives you a different answer depending on who are you talking to. They called me non-stop before I made my purchase, now if I have a question I have to call and leave message after message and am lucky to get a response. The car I purchased wasn't even detailed, had scratches all over it (not visible when I purchased it at night) and still had glue stuck to the panels that is applied for shipping purposes. They also didn't follow through with what was originally promised for my trade in by doing some crazy car salesmen number manipulating. Every car I've purchased was a Honda/Acura product and I know that my problems have been with this particular dealership and not Honda themselves. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this dealership! Learn from my mistake and shop at the next closest which I believe is in Glendale. No dealership is perfect, but take a look at
