This was the most impersonal funeral I have ever been a part of. There was no direction for our family as to what we were suppose to do during the service.. There was little to no communication with the family on arrangements. After the funeral we got back to the chapel and the cards had already been taken off the flowers so we did not know who sent what. The staff seemed to be in it for the Money and had no sense of feelings for including the entire family in this horrible event.\r
I would not have my dog buried at this cemetary. It was awful and the staff ought to be ashamed of the way the service went. We went back to the gravesite the next day and they had not even put in a temporary marker on the grave......how awful. Don't even call this place.....you will regret it if you do.
