People are mistakingly going to Focus Printing in Santa Fe, thinking they are associated with Focus Ink Printing In Albuquerque (which is in its 20th year). This is name infringement and they have no relation to us. I have had my customers complain about the output of my Santa Fe location as per poor turnaround time and lessor quality, and have had to repeatedly let people know they are NOT us.
Pros: union
Cons: Poor service has hurt my reputation by association. We are also union.
