I have purchased several appliances from this store over the years. The prices are nearly always better than than the competition (including the big box stores) and you get to buy from a family owned business that treats their customers right. I remodeled my kitchen about a year ago and I bought all new stainless steel appliances from Hudson Appliance. The prices were great and they delivered everything within 2 days. Last week, while I was at the store and picking out a new patio grille, I told the salesman about a broken plastic part on my microwave door handle. It was a trim piece and I had glued it back in place and you could'nt have seen it unless it was pointed out to you. I only mentioned it because I was curious if it was a common problem with that model. The sales person said that he was not aware that it was, but he told me that he would get me a completely new handle assembly and have his service people install it. I repeatedly told him that I did not care about fixing it because it really was not all that visible. He really felt it should be replaced and two days later the part was in and the service technician came and replaced the broken part - free of charge to me. That is the type of customer service I have repeatedly been exposed to at this store.
