These people are con artist frauds. They refer you to a ""great reputable auto body"" who's service is beyond horrible. When you inform them of a problem, they lie to you about what happened and make themselves unavailable to answer or make amends to the problem. Avoid this so called ""Performance Shop"" - who isn't even listed in the business borough despite them supposedly being around for several years.
