First of all, I am new the to area and I came in with a challenge for Katie. I have very dark brown hair naturally - but only at the roots. The rest is platinum blonde. That said, I also had a streak of brassiness from the last color-gone-bad that I received at a highly upscale salon in Ann Arbor, MI. I love being platinum blonde and don't want to change but I have struggled to get someone to simply take care of my roots without brassiness or inability to match the color. I WILL STRUGGLE NO LONGER!!!!! THIS IS THE HAPPIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN! Katie matched the rest of my hair exactly, as well as took care of the prvious mis-matches that had been driving me insane... I couldn't believe how wonderful it was. \r

On top of that, the price was quite reasonable, and the staff was amazing. I have found a stylist in Baltimore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And as most of the people searching this site know, once you find a good one, you don't switch!!! I will definitely be in the area for the next four years so they have earned a loyal customer.
Pros: COLOR COLOR COLOR!!!!! They are really pros!
