I was thinking about getting a car so i visited the website around september, but still wasnt sure if i really wanted a car. Through the months Vincent kept contacting me to see what my status on a car and sending me emails. When i finally decided to get a car i contacted Vincent and he told me to come right in. When i got here i was greeted by all the employees in a timely and caring manner. Vincent came out shook my hand in a professional way and started to get to know me before he just started to sell me a car. Throughout the whole process they kept my head up and didnt let me get discouraged and worked with me and my financial arrangements. They did all they can to make sure i was happy in the choice of my '06 Pt Cruiser and gave me some advice on how to keep good credit and explain the customer for life program to me. After purchasing the car Vincent kept in contact with me to make sure my car was doing me well and i was taking care of it. Since i purchased the car i have ran into two problems not because of the car itself just because things happen. I got a cracked windshield and i called Vincent to ask him for some advice and with that another employee here Ray told me about a windowshield place to fix my window which was much appreciated. Than i recently i got a flat tire and with customer for life program i am getting it fixed for free which is great and i am soo happy i got to get that program. While waiting to get my tire fix i called Vincent to seek for advice again and he welcomed me back to his facility to talk about what to do about my car. While waiting for my car i got some good advice on how to maintain a car. Also with customer for life prgram i get a car wash every month and i think the program is great and i recommend it. Overall my experience with Best Buy lot was a great one and i would recommend it to anyone and i would definitly come back here again in the future for another car.
