I took my $150 pair of Kenneth Cole Jeans there to be cleaned. 2 or 3 days after I picked it up, I realized the front button was either melted during the press or bent during the wash or something. No one there advised me of the problem. They just kinda put it together and left it there.\r

I took them back and told them what happened. I was told there's nothing they can do except to replace the button. I told the manager it's a Kenneth Cole desiger button, he said 'who's gonna see the button, no one will know the difference"" That's what I got for paying almost $10 for one pair of brand new jeans to be cleaned. He never offered to reimburse me in anyway.\r

I went back to get my jeans after 4 hours. The button was not replaced in fact they tried to fix it instead. He told I need to change the button anyway soon because it will fall. Now it was fixed but sharp as hell enough to cut my finger. I had to tell to fix it diff so I wouldn't hurt myself.\r

Please, do not go back there. They will mess up your clothes and offer you nothing for compensation in return. I do not recommend that place. They will never get my business again or from anyone that I know. Guarantee!!!
Pros: Clean Clothes
Cons: Everything Else. They'll clean your clothes but messed them up.
