Very disappointing. I made an appointment for a specfic date and time, and upon calling the company to confirm, they never called back, and when I called back around an hour later, they informed me that they were no longer in the area, and therefore not coming. So, they had me waiting around, for nothing! If I hadn't called, they never would have notified me of the cancellation. VERY POOR customer service.
