I have no idea why someone said what they said in the other review. It probably was written by a competitor of Sandia Computers, jealous of their high volume of customers and their good reputation. In my experience Sandia is a place where the employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and above all, honest. They know the best software to run and how to get the most out of it. Their new computers are not cheap, but they are high quality and can be configured however you like it. The service department is one of the largest in the state. They can tune up your computer better than anyone else, and in many cases for a lower price.
