I was called by George as a follow up and I am very happy that he called because Jacob does a marvelous job of repairing the computers. He also teaches you how to maintain your own computer. I really wont go anywhere else even though I live in Glendale and his shop is in Santa Monica which is about 25 miles from my home. Thanks again
