If you sign a contract with this company it's like selling your soul to the devil. It has being a complete nightmare for me. At this moment I am trying to get out of the contract and on their terms they list that if you have 2 consecutive outages you are free from the Contract but that is not true. We had 4 outages at least in 1 month and we try to cancel well they sent us a nice bill of $4200 in early termination fees. Take it from me, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.\r

If you want phone service just get regular DSL and get the VONAGE Voip. Service is 100x's better then Cbeyond and 100x's cheaper as well. Did I mention no contracts??\r
