I had my exam in December 2008 and ordered VERY expensive progressive glasses. When they came in they were awful. We went back and forth for months and I finally took the glasses (and never wore them).. I had my 2009 eye exam this weekend and my new eye doctor confirmed what I suspected. The perscription I received from Dr. Hoang was totally out of whack. I do not recommend her business at all, the customer service was horrible and they kept insinuating that the problems were MY fault. Do not order progressive lenses from this practice. Find a better doctor.
Cons: Dr continually complained about my insurance coverage and her husband during the exam.
