I was so blessed to have met Kratai a few years ago at a previous program and when it was over I was devastated!! I tried several places to find a comparable workout to Kratai's and was not successful. I was enlightened to know she was putting together an amazing program called Power of 6 and was fortunate to get into her lunch class (which was so perfect for my schedule). I was unfortunate to have broken my leg days before we were to start our program and amazed at how willing Kratai was to work with my as an individual to make sure I got out as much as I could with my temporary handicap. I was able to treat my leg with herbs from recommendations from Kratai and Dr. Tsui who is also a part of the program. By the last month I was able to do everything everyone else in class was doing and saw extraordinary results in my body. I lost several inches and pounds and have increased my strength. Kratai's praising kept me going and made my self esteem so much better! HIGHLY recommend Kratai's Fitness!!
