Everything looks great and everyone gets along for the most part. Grasses are cut and hedges are trimmed. The only thing that this place can do without is the very mean old landlady. Snoops around to find the smallest thing wrong with your trailer and will send you notice to fix it or you will pay for it. It's her way or the highway. At first I thought she was just after me, but I hear it from everyone who lives here or people who have lived here! Think twice before you decide you want to live here.
Pros: Park, Soda Machine, Driveways, Street Lights.
Cons: Mean Landlady, Location.
