I'm new to personal training and strength training, and began training with Erik to jump-start my fitness goals. I'm six weeks in, and am seeing GREAT results! My sessions leave me sweating, exhausted, and feeling great. Erik is able to 'read' his clients and always seems to know when I have 2 or 3 more reps left, and knows when to grab the weights or when to push me harder. While his evenings are filling up, he's great at being as accommodating as possible in working around my crazy work schedule.
