Please don't make the mistake of moving here. There's not even enough room to list the continuous problems I've dealt with but to start: Ants, insects that rhyme with coaches,(this forum won't let me submit the appropriate word) small filthy rodents , 50 yr. old plumbing, thieves, junkies, homeless intruders and rent goes up every year! Recently a few homeless subjects have been using a portion of the building as a toilet and I had to call the VDH (Virginia Department of Health) in order for it to get cleaned up. Everyone in my particular building has had their vehicles broken into at one point or another including myself (Thank God for renters insurance!) Good luck getting anything fixed, most requests to maintenance fall on deaf ears and this place is a safe haven for illegal aliens, just check the local news in mid 2007, immigration had a field day. The list goes on and on and hopefully this review saves someone from making a huge mistake.
