As an extablishment trying to portray itself as ""fine dining"", Caffe Gelato should look within itself and embrace all that comes with this title. Attempting to cover up bad or unfavorable reviews on their own website is hardly the way to conduct an honest business in such a cut-throat industry. Perhaps the food, beverage and service should be what speaks for the company and not the owner trying to cover up his lack of committment to what is truly valuable to the guests.
