Carisma ruined my car's finish, and wouldn't even consider that they did anything wrong. An employee used a power washer too hard, flaked off the clear coat, apologized, said he was at fault, and said we should talk to the manager. The manager, ""David,"" was obnoxious, rude, and told us to go someplace else to get our car washed from now on. We had been good customers of this carwash for years. If this is how they treat good customers, you should stay far away. There are plenty of other good car wash places in the area. Stay away from Carisma in Old Saybrook. They damaged our car and then told us to get lost. My rating is ""worst than awful.""
