these apartments are overall nice but they are too pricy for what they are. We had the ""upgraded"" apartment and although it did have a new washer and dryer and microwave everything else was not new but used and cheap (refrigerator, stove, oven). The apartment was a decent size but I hated that they closed off the kitchen from the living room making it hard to entertain guests. We had downstairs neighbor's whom smoke heavly and our apartment reaked of smoke constantly, and although the general person at the office was NO help at all, once we wrote a formal letter and mailed it to them and the management (Riverstone) we finally got a call, but basically I wouldnt live here again only if there were no other places to rent (yeh right).
