Hi, I have spent thousands at this emergency vet, and have had some really good experiences with vets here. They mobilized to get a qualified specialist surgeon in in the middle of the night and save one of my dogs. Many of the vets seem to be top notch. But the problem is that there are many vets. I brought my other dog in Friday night, The vet from one shift managed to get a specialist to come do an ultrasound on a Saturday (good service). But when I came over to visit yesterday afternoon, I got a real loser of a vet, and it had to be the time that I was given the news that my sweet dog has advanced liver cancer. This info was presented with zero compassion, in a monotone, and she began taling about doing advanced diagnostics and exploratory surgery on my elderly dog who is in great pain. She then starte reciting his red blood cell counts from various times during the day (as if I cared). I told her to stop, that I was there to visit my dog. She kept reading off numbers. I t
