There are young, knowledgeable, polite employees who know what there talking about. If i have a problem they have solutions. The best customer support. They even back up there products if defective. Exchange right at the store which no internet store can do. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and look forward to every trip to see whats new as they are well stocked! If you do not get satisfaction from this store you do not belong in the hobby since they make it simple!
