I had the heels redone on a pair of old Italian shoes - they were ready in 24 hours, for $13. Some years ago when I lived in Italy, I took the same shoes for the same job to an actual Italian cobbler. The Schroeder's cobbler did a much better job.
Pros: Easy parking, open early in the morning, great service, excellent workmanship.
Cons: I really can't think of any.
