I was getting bored with my hairdo and unfortunately I took scissors myself and did some damage. The stylist (Laura B) did a great job with fixing the damage and I now have a sleek style. Laura is very talented and I look forward to her handiwork again.
Pros: plenty of staff & stylist took her time with my hair before cut
