I have all but one of my tattoos done by Rick!!! He even enhanced one of my existing ones!!! I have 80% of my back done from him!!! He is the best artist I have seen & has a really light hand!! I have been going to Fresno Tattoo for multiple years now & I will not change or even contemplate going somewhere else!! Rick & Smiley are awesome & making getting a tattoo enjoyable cause trust me they hurt!!
Pros: GREAT skills
Cons: never had any complaints!!!!
