I have been here twice in the past two years, once for a facial and once for a massage. The massage was just okay, the facial was a lot better. I felt very rushed though and didn't quite relax as I had hoped to do. They fill up a basin for you to soak your feet while you wait, but the wait both times was only 5 mins, that wasn't very relaxing to me. Then as I finished and was paying for my facial, a bag full of the products in which they used on me was waiting at the counter (they did this while I got dressed I guess). The product prices were very high! I passed on the purchase and felt very rushed as mentioned earlier. Other spas I have visited in the past allow you to take advantage of just sitting and enjoying yourself before beign rushed off to the changing room, and then the cash register.
